Education Program

 Fabretto’s Education program focuses on improving the quality of education during the critical first years of a child’s education—particularly preschool and 1st to 3rd grade. We do this through:

• Teacher Development: We train preschool and early grade primary school teachers in our “Fabrettito” model of education. Our model provides coaching and accompaniment to teachers in the medium to long term to ensure sustainability.
• Strengthening Schools: In parallel to teacher development, we build, remodel, and equip preschools, primary schools, and community education centers with key resources and improvements that enable them to better serve children in the hardest-to-reach communities in Central America.
