7-29-25 | Our Programs
Over the past few years, we’ve had the privilege of working alongside four valued local partners in Honduras: Fundación ACOES, Bayan, E2E, and Compartir. Through these partnerships, we’ve contributed to strengthening education in rural and underserved areas of the country—reaching hundreds of children and youth with meaningful learning opportunities, mentorship, and personal growth.
Each of these partners has brought a unique perspective, a strong commitment to their communities, and a deep understanding of the local context. Their work has been essential in advancing toward a more inclusive, equitable, and transformative education system. We are grateful to each of them for the shared journey, the collective achievements, and the lessons learned together over the past three years.
Today, we’re excited to take the next step in this collective mission. We are pleased to announce that two new organizations are joining the Fabretto Partner Network in Honduras: CEPUDO and Un Mundo. Both come with strong track records and a deep commitment to the well-being and development of Honduran communities.
CEPUDO empowers children and youth in vulnerable conditions so they can learn and thrive. They do this through strategic partnerships and educational opportunities that leverage their networks and expertise. Through our collaboration, we will support technical training projects that open up employment pathways and build critical skills for rural youth.
Un Mundo is an organization that promotes dignity, community, and self-sufficiency by improving access to health services, education, and sustainable livelihoods. Un Mundo’s work focuses mainly on the Río Cangrejal basin and northern Honduras, and our partnership will focus on youth entrepreneurship initiatives, fostering innovation and opportunity from within the communities themselves.
This collaboration is a meeting of missions—a union of purposes that strengthen one another. We firmly believe that real change grows out of genuine collaboration, mutual respect, and the weaving together of knowledge, experiences, and shared goals. Through these exciting new projects to empower rural youth, we reaffirm our joint commitment: to build an education that transforms lives and opens doors for those who need it most.
This new chapter in Honduras fills us with hope. We know many challenges remain, but we are also convinced that strong, authentic partnerships are the path to lasting impact.
We warmly welcome CEPUDO and Un Mundo to the Fabretto Partner Network.
We are honored to walk together to improve access to quality education and more opportunities for Honduran children and youth.
