Education Innovation Program
Fabretto’s Education Innovation program focuses on improving the quality of education in historically underserved communities through innovative methodologies and approaches.
Fabretto contributes to increasing access to high-quality education through teacher professional development, integration of technology and digital tools in education, and school strengthening projects.
- Technology Integration: We integrate digital tools, including resources on Fabretto’s platform Fabretto Educa, in teaching and learning processes to enrich primary and secondary education. Additionally, we offer teacher training programs and technical-pedagogical support. We help schools develop strategies to integrate technology in the classroom. To do this, we use approaches that we’ve developed for low- to no-connectivity communities.
- Teacher Development: We offer teacher capacity development programs centered on innovative methodologies that align with community needs. We train preschool, primary, and secondary school teachers and accompany their professional development, strengthening teacher leadership in the educational community.
- Holistic and Literacy Development: We invest in infrastructure improvements and equipment to improve the capacity of schools and community education centers to contribute to students’ holistic development. Also, we increase access to key learning tools in communities with limited access to resources. We particularly focus on literacy and creating libraries in classrooms and schools.
