Urban center founded in 2001 by the Danish philanthropist Peder Kolind, who passed away suddenly in June 2015. The center retains its original name, Carita Feliz and offers the following programs:

• Food security and nutrition
• Primary education enrichment
• Education Center with computer lab and library
• Vocational education program
• Community development & parent/teacher training
