As you all know, I have two passions to which I dedicate the most time and enthusiasm: Fabretto Foundation’s education programs in Nicaragua and running.
Next April 20, I will run the Boston Marathon and, once again, I want to ask for your generous support. You can imagine the joy and satisfaction I get from having the opportunity to combine my passion for running and my commitment to the education of Nicaraguan children. For 20 years, I have been part of this great educational project that is changing the lives of thousands of children and their families. I want to ask you to join me in this new sporting and human challenge by making a donation to the Fabretto Foundation. This year we will help the little ones and the challenge I have set for myself is to raise €1,500 to provide teaching materials for 90 children from 0 to 3 years old from Las Sabanas, a very poor rural community in northern Nicaragua.
Quality early education and stimulation increases the probability that girls and boys complete their basic education and reach higher education, not to mention their contribution in the short and medium-term to their holistic development.
I thank all of you for your support and generosity in this cause; together we can improve the lives of thousands of children.
